Subscriptions determine which advanced operations are available for the guild.

Where It Impacts Staff

• Feature access gating.
• Save/update lock behavior for limited resources.
• Max-count limits (for example Message Builder library configs, Onboarding Flow tabs).

Troubleshooting Order

1. Confirm panel-level access in Role Web Access.
2. Confirm subscription status and entitlement availability.
3. Retry action after entitlement refresh.
