Subscriptions
Purpose
Subscriptions determines plan state and entitlement availability for guild features.
Prerequisites
- Owner/admin access to subscription management.
Dashboard Settings
Use this panel to inspect:
- active subscription state
- entitlement availability
- feature limits tied to current plan
Command Surface
Entitlements directly affect command/context behavior for selected features, including:
- Sentry reporting (
SENTRY_REPORT) - Echo Pin (
ECHO_PIN) - Echo Role (
ECHO_ROLE) - Info Book category/subcategory command access
Permissions And Entitlements
- This panel is the source for investigating locked actions and save denials.
- Plan-limited resources include library counts and feature tab limits.
Operational Example
- Staff reports a locked action.
- Validate permission panel access first.
- Confirm entitlement exists for that feature in Subscriptions.
Edge Cases
- Feature-owned resources can remain editable while library resources are limited.
- Entitlement mismatches can surface as disabled controls or runtime command denials.
Troubleshooting
- Action disabled unexpectedly: re-check both Permissions and Subscriptions.
- Save denied after plan changes: refresh panel and retry after entitlement sync.
