Role Forge

Role Forge is an event-driven, window-based leaderboard with automation to grant and remove roles.

What it does

• Create rolling-window leaderboards (e.g., hourly/daily/weekly/monthly).
• Automatically assign reward roles to top performers as standings change.
• Automatically remove those roles when members fall out of rank or when rules require.
• Integrated analytics so you can see participation and outcomes.

Example

• A daily rolling-window leaderboard rewards the most active members with the Top Chatter role.
• As activity changes throughout the day, winners update automatically and roles stay in sync.

Inactivity tracking

• Detect members who go inactive.
• Take actions to re-engage (e.g., DM reminders) or log for staff follow-up.

Future plans

• “Collectable” backgrounds for use with the rank card system.
