Aberration Labs, Inc.

InfiniTea Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Aberration Labs, Inc. handles information for InfiniTea, a Discord bot. Our approach: collect the minimum data necessary to operate features you enable, secure it with encryption, and delete it automatically when it is no longer needed.

Effective Date: June 30, 2026

What We Collect

Public Discord data needed to run InfiniTea features

What We Do Not Do

No selling data. No third-party ad sharing.

Protection

Encryption in transit and when appropriate at rest

Deletion

Auto-removal when users leave or the bot is removed; payments kept only as required by law

1) Overview

InfiniTea operates inside Discord. We process only the public or server-available data required to provide features you configure. We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties for advertising. If you do not agree with this Policy, do not use the Service.

2) Data We Process

  • Discord identifiers and metadata: server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, message IDs, and user IDs as provided by Discord APIs.
  • Configuration and preferences: settings you set in InfiniTea (roles, permissions, automation rules, content filters, and similar server choices).
  • Content necessary for features: public Discord content relevant to the feature you enable (for example, messages for moderation queues, leveling events, or abuse detection). We do not seek or store private data outside Discord visibility.
  • Aggregate interaction and community metrics: to power community-insight features such as Community Pulse, we derive minimized numeric signals about how roles interact — for example, how often members holding one role reply to, mention, react to, or share thread and voice activity with members holding another role. These are stored as anonymous relationship scores and counts between roles, keyed to Discord role IDs within a server; we do not retain message content, and these metrics are not linked to individual user IDs.
  • Usage and performance data: logs, performance metrics, and diagnostic information to operate and troubleshoot the Service.
  • Payments: transaction confirmations and history handled by payment providers; we retain payment history only as required by Delaware law and bookkeeping obligations.

3) How We Use Data

  • Provide and improve InfiniTea features you enable.
  • Secure the Service, detect misuse, and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations, including payment recordkeeping.
  • Respond to support requests and service notices.

4) Analytics and Community Insights (Community Pulse)

Some features — including Community Pulse and related server analytics — present a high-level view of how a community interacts. To produce them, InfiniTea computes anonymous, minimized relationship signals between roles from members' public server activity (such as replies, mentions, reactions, threads, and voice overlap) and stores them as numeric scores and counts between role pairs rather than message content. The resulting graph connects roles, not individual members.

  • Anonymous by design. Metrics are aggregated to the role level and are not keyed to individual user IDs. We keep the minimum needed to render community-health and relationship views — interaction counts and derived strength scores between roles — not transcripts or the substance of conversations.
  • Server-scoped. These metrics are computed and shown per Discord server and are visible only to that server's authorized admins and roles, or through share links a server explicitly publishes.
  • Privacy-respecting. Because connections are drawn between roles rather than people, we do not build individual profiles. We do not sell these analytics, use them for advertising, or combine them across unrelated servers.
  • Deleted with your data. Aggregate role metrics follow the same retention rules below: they are removed when the bot is removed from a server.

5) What We Do Not Do

  • No selling of personal data.
  • No selling, ad-targeting, or cross-server profiling using aggregate community analytics like Community Pulse.
  • No sharing with third parties for advertising or data broker purposes.
  • No collection of non-public data beyond what Discord APIs provide for enabled features.

6) Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit, and we apply encryption at rest where appropriate. Access to systems and data is limited to personnel who need it to operate the Service. We monitor for abuse and unusual activity and may use automated tools to detect malicious content.

7) Abuse Monitoring and Reporting

Internal tools may scan content for abuse. When serious abuse is detected, we may automatically or manually report to Discord or appropriate authorities, consistent with our obligation to protect users and comply with law.

8) Data Retention and Deletion

  • When a user leaves a Discord server, we remove data associated with that user for that server.
  • When the bot is removed from a server, we remove server data associated with that deployment.
  • Aggregate community metrics (for example, Community Pulse role-relationship scores) are anonymous and not tied to any individual; the server-scoped metrics are deleted when the bot is removed from a server.
  • Payment records are retained only as required by Delaware law and standard accounting rules.
  • Operational logs and security records are kept for limited durations needed for safety and reliability, then deleted or de-identified.

9) Children and Age Requirements

The Service follows Discord's minimum age requirements. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age limits set by Discord or local law. If you believe we hold data about an ineligible minor, contact us through the support channels and we will delete it.

10) Third Parties

  • Discord: Data originates from and returns to Discord. Your relationship with Discord is governed by their terms and policies.
  • Payment processors: Payments are handled by third-party processors. We do not store full payment instrument details and rely on processor confirmations.
  • Service providers: If we use vendors for hosting or other operational needs, they are bound by confidentiality and security obligations.

11) International Considerations

Data may be processed in the United States or other locations where our infrastructure or vendors operate. By using the Service, you consent to that processing and transfer, subject to safeguards we maintain.

12) Your Choices and Controls

  • Adjust server permissions and InfiniTea settings to limit the data features can access.
  • Remove the bot or leave a server to trigger data deletion as described above.
  • Contact us through the support channels listed in the app for questions or access, correction, or deletion requests.

13) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where reasonable, providing notice through the Service. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy.

14) Contact and Terms

For privacy questions, reach out via the support channels referenced in our app or documentation. Your use of the Service is also subject to our Terms of Service.
